CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (State driver’s license, passport, etc.) at check-in.

CHECK-IN
Check-in begins at 3pm. Guests are welcome to arrive as early as noon to pre-register for the room and begin enjoying the on-site amenities, until the room becomes available.

EARLY CHECK-IN
We cannot guarantee early check-in. Your check-in time is based upon availability of rooms prior to 3pm.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 11am. Guests are welcome to utilize all onsite amenities the entire day of departure.

EARLY CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are granted based upon availability. We cannot provide information on the availability of a late check-out until you arrive on property for check-in. Late check-outs typically require an additional fee.

AGE POLICY
Registered guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older to check-in to Porta Medina.

CHILDREN
Well behaved children aged 16 and over are welcomed as their parents, guardians or chaperones are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them all times.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or cash. We do not accept personal checks.

SMOKING
Smoking is only prohibited at the courtyard.

PETS
Pets are not permitted on the property of the hotel.

BREAKFAST
Breakfast is served from 09:00 to 11:00am at the courtyard or in the room upon request.

ROOM RATES
Rates are based on the time of the year and the number of guests indicated at the time of desired arrival. All room rates are subject to availability and may change at any time.

CANCELATION POLICY

The property has 2 price policies. The non-refundable price and the flexible price.

At the non-refundable rate you do not have the right to cancel the reservation. In case of cancellation, the amount of the reservation is not refundable. In special cases the date of the check-in can be changed.

At the flexible price the full refund of the booking amount can be made 7 days before checkin. After 7 days the amount is not refundable.

For reservations made less than 7 days before checkin, the amount of the reservation is non-refundable.
