LOCATION

Porta Medina boutique hotel is designated as a Historical Monument under the 7 th Heraklio Ephorate of Antiquities It was built in the late of 19 th century, in about 1880 during the Ottoman period It is one of the most characteristic examples of the Balkan Architecture

The two storey building consists of five rooms adapted to the architectural nature of the building, which preserves and highlights the interior features

As you enter the building a beautiful courtyard and the extensive use of wood inside the building are preserved remarkable architectural functional elements such as hammam, fountain, niches and wooden doors

Since 2017 it was restored, carefully renovated and converted into a Traditional Hotel, Classic Type, First Class category which accommodates five room types
